Excellent experience with this company and Matt Camerino. I recently purchased a lot from them and they gave me a discount. As a first time buyer, this is rare. they sent me all the paperwork and now I am a proud land owner. Highly recommended and I will buy more soon for sureee!!!

Okay so first they send me a nonsense sales agreement that’s registered to a PO Box which is flag number one. Flag number two no title company and want a quit claim deed. Flag number 3 will not involve attorney or title company ? lol these prices are jokes. This is a 100% scam. You get a fake deed a fake sales agreement and the money is sent to personal wire accounts or Zelle. Do not buy a single thing unless a lawyer or title company is involved

First review… march 11thbi purchased land as of today I received no deed only purchase agreement and this seller is ignoring my calls and text as well. Trying to get out the shelter and these people sure don’t encourage that.. I free r like I got scammed and lost out if the deed ever shows up I’ll let you guys know but as of now I sent money to his wife on cash app and received nothing but a purchase agreement
